We have 2 different drum scanner size: A5 and A4. The optical resolution is of 12000 DPI and the density is 4,5. It can for sure works with Positive or Negative transparencies and Reflexion Copy, Contone, Linework and it can be connected on either a PC or Mac through the SCSI 2. The benefit of the scanner is that it is easy for use: simply connected to your computer as easily as any other SCSI device, Hi-SCAN is easy to operate for accurate results. Instantly recognizable by its futuristic form, Hi-SCAN is a professional scanner but also a nice and sober article which does not take up more desk place than a monitor. The high resolution of 10,000 dpi assures the accurate results on your very first scan, a reproduction true to the original. The
photomultiplier technology combined to a precise optic assure to obtain
the highest quality of the scanned images. The dark zones are exhaustively searched.
