ROLLER WASHING DEVICE
MIRAGE
Description
Available in three sizes with same basics features. MIRAGE 66, 116, and 148 for damper rollers with
a maximum length respectively of 66, 166, and 148 cm (including pivots).
- The washing tank is made completely in stainless steel.
- The dragging rollers in anticorodal metal and the synthetic bristle brush rollers are driven by
a two speed motor for efficient washing and centrifuge of the damper
rollers, eliminating all manual cleaning by press operators.
- The machine is designed to be easily connected to a water supply and drain, or to the
water recycling (unit optional), via simple hose connection. The MIRAGE is
equipped with a regulator tap to control the inlet flow to the water jets;
three rollers can be washed at the same time.
- Electrical equipment for all voltages.

The MIRAGE, can be mounted on the cabinet CB/200 (optional) which is supplied dismantled so
it can be included in the same packing.
- On request, the
machine can be equipped with an electronic variable time control, to
automatically reverse the rotation of the rollers both for washing and
drying. The timer can be varied from a minimum of 5 seconds, to a maximum of
75 seconds.
- On the standard models the roller rotation can be reversed by a manually operated switch.
This ensures even brushing of the damper roller covers resulting in through cleaning.
