DRILLING MACHINES
Our drilling machines are classed in different series of models offering a variety of uses, for the printing and packaging industry, together with the leather and clothes sectors. The range comprises of the following:
All machines use traditional drill bits from 3 mm. to 14 mm. diameter.
Mercury The Mercury with one head is the basic bench model. It can execute two-hole drilling, thanks to the movable head. It also has two adjustable side lays.
Concorde series The Concorde series with one head is equipped with sliding table. This offers an opportunity to execute minimum distance between holes, with the use of the adjustable stops. The basic model's movement is manual, operated by handle. It may be mounted on a stand unit with a foot pedal – and this becomes Concorde 2. With the addition of a motor operated stand, the unit becomes Concorde 3 . These conversions may be made at any time.
Venus series This drilling machine is equipped with two adjustable heads and specifically designed for two-hole drilling operations. Every model can be equipped with the same sliding table as Concorde. The basic model is operated manually by the use of a handle, and when mounted on a stand with a foot pedal, becomes Venus 2. With the addition of a motorized operating stand unit it becomes Venus 3. These stand units are the same as that used on Concorde. This enables the drilling movement to be changed to satisfy the demands and needs of the market. SuperVenus; this offers the chance to adjust the heads and descent speed, also has a device to inform as to drill sharpness.
Skylab series These are equipped with three adjustable heads for executing three-hole drilling at time. Each model may be equipped with a sliding table. The basic model is manual operated by a handle. With the addition of stand unit with foot pedal – it becomes Skylab 2. By the addition of a motorized stand – it becomes Skylab 3. SuperSkylab has the same features as the SuperVenus.
Lem series These are equipped with four adjustable heads for multiple hole drilling. These are completely automatic and have a suction unit for paper waste. The basic model may be converted to SuperLem by adding the drill sharpness controller device, and the head speed and descent regulators.
