HYDROFIX^® 8032 Series

Damping solution additive for UV-curing ink systems.

UV-curing ink systems demand damping solution additives which meet the requirements of the process to the best possible extent. Its special properties are:

• Stabilizes the pH-value depending on the water quality between 5.0 - 5.3 which is considered most suitable.

• Used on absorbent substrates only.

• Suitable for all damping systems.

• Prevents stripping of ink rollers.

• Improves wetting which allows to carry less water.

• No pollution of the damping units.

• Very good plate protection.

  The recommended concentration for use is 2 percent. In alcohol damping systems additionally from 5 to max. 8 volume percent isopropanol are required.

Special characteristics

• The recommended concentration for use of the HYDROFIX 8032 series is 2%.
