Wash 91

It is a roller and blanket washing solution which is water mixable. Wash 91 is recommended for daily washing operations of the blanket or roller with manual or automatic methods. Regardless of the frequency of use, it prevents the gum from hardening, increasing in that way the duration and the conveyance of the ink. This is a good advantage to the printing quality. Mixed with up to 25% of water, it forms an emulsion which permits the perfect washing of the blanket, cleaning away at the same time, ink and paper residues. Constant use will bring to a prolonged blanket and roller life and will maintain the surface as new. It will remove the most obstinate ink parts and has regenerating properties.

Wash 94

Water emulsifiable. Very efficient blanket and roller wash. Regular use endures no glaze build up and fast color changes. Good evaporation rate means no residue can be left in roller pyramid. Continuous use will result in prolonged blanket and roller life and will maintain an as new surface.

Matic wash

For automatic blanket wash. For all purposes, pure solvent, water mixable. It removes ink and loose paper coating from the surface of the blanket.

U.V. wash

Especially formulated to meet the demands for an efficient solvent which will lift and remove UV inks from the rollers and blankets. It possesses and acceptable working odor.

Inodour wash

Non-emulsifiable general purpose solvent. An economical non water emulsifiable roller and blanket wash ideal for use on large sheetfed and web offset presses. Incorporating the very latest technology, this non emulifiable cleaning solvent is suitable for both blankets and rollers. It is especially recommended to be used on presses with integrated damping systems where it is essential to use a solvent free of emulsifiers. Inodour Wash is also being used in some automatic blanket washing units. It has no known adverse effect on any currently available conventional negative or positive working plates.

Color wash

A highly popular and economical damper wash expressly developed for cleaning dampers. Due to its low cost efficiency it is now on the largest selling products list of its type. It may be used for manual application as well as for the automatic damping machines available on the market. Color Wash is completely water emulsifiable ensuring thorough removal with an adequate final rinse. It leaves no greasy residue to contaminate the chrome or stainless steel distributor rollers in the damping units which cause plate making or roller swelling. It is structured to remain on the surface of the dampers and not spill off during cleaning and will not harm damper stocks if thoroughly rinsed out.

Rotohydro

Medium ecological damper solution. An ecological damper washing solution expressly developed for manual application and for automatic damper machines. Rotohydro is 100% biodegradable and is completely water mixable. It is highly efficient and environmentally friendly solution that is totally vegetable based.

Solv 90

An extremely efficient blanket and roller wash with built in rejuvenator and deglazer. The fast evaporation rate makes Solv 90 ideal for web or sheetfed offset.

Rigeneraprint

Blanket and roller revitalizer. It cleans and rejuvenates rubber surfaces for optimum printing performance. To maintain a smooth glaze free nap and avoid the need for astringent cleaners. Use Rigeneraprint once a day only.

Revital S

Blanket and roller revitalizer. A rubber regenerator which infiltrates deeply into the capillary structure of the rubber blanket and therefore, achieves a regenerating and preserving effect. Revital S dissolves strong crusted residues on the rubber blanket, so that after treatment ink acceptance and ink transfer in most favorable. The surface quality of the rubber blanket will be activated without the risk of swelling or influencing the Quick Release Characterization of modern blankets. Revital S has no effect on the plates what so ever. Even in concentrated form, it does not show a dissolving effect on the diazo resin coating.
