Ecological products.

Vegetable products for offset washing and blanket regeneration. The new generation of biodegradable products, derived from vegetable oils for the washing of ink rollers and blankets and for regeneration. The main advantages towards the traditional detergents on basis of oil derivates or aromatic solvents are:

• Do not contain noxious substances.

• Do not contain toxic.

• Are not flammable.

• Are not derived from mineral oils.

• Are in conformity with the new requirements of usage security and ecological protection.

• The flash point is over 120 ^oC.

• Do not contain Organic Volatile Compounds (V.O.C.).

• Do not oxidize and harden the rubber.

• Are water miscible or removable with water.

• Could be used with machines with drying over for inks.

• Do not swell up the rubber.

• Do not draw on plates.

• Do not oxidize the metals.

The Air Clean detergents remove the ink from the internal rubber's pores without glazing it, maintaining a soft and velvet ink roller surface and rubber in order to give a perfect report of the ink on the plate or on the paper.

Air Clean is suitable for all kinds of inks and it is not water miscible.
Air Clean Mix is suitable for all kinds of inks and it is not water miscible.
Air Clean Milk has been developed to dissolve contemporaneously the paper and ink residues from the rubber in only one operation.
Air Clean Fresh is an ecological regenerator totally biodegradable, without any V.O.C. content. It is necessary to label against risks or inflammability. It does not swell the rubber and is totally exhaltionless.

The Air Clean detergents have been approved by the most important producers of rubbers, blankets, and builders of printing machines and sanitary corporations.
