Positive developer 075

All plates on the market may be processed with this developer. All you have to do is adjust the speed of the plate processor. The correct temperature range of the developer should be between 20 to 23 degrees Celsius with a time limit of approx. 30 seconds in the developer section. The addition of the Positive Regenerator 115 should be made after having processed approx. 70 square meters of plates. The quantity of Regenerator necessary for the coating is 50 to 70 ml/sqm.

Positive developer 092

Not all positive developers available today on the market achieve average lifetime performances. Often the time of duration and efficiency of the developer in plate processors, even in connection with a permanent regeneration, is unsatisfactory. This involves a high consumption of developer. We offer a new positive developer and regenerator consisting of developer and regenerator concentrate. This is a new concept of an improved developer with a longer life for automatic plate processing. All plates on the market may be processed with this developer , by adjusting the speed of the plate processor. A tank of 30 liters and its relative regenerator permits to develop approx. 800 square meters. of presensitized surface. This developer is buffered and self cleaning. It does not form deposits and encrustations. The parts coming in contact remain constantly clean. Should it be necessary to further increase the duration of development, we suggest the use of Regenerator 092.

Positive developer concentrate 1:4

Positive developer buffered for positive plates. Diluted 1 to 4 parts with water in automatic processors. May be used for manual or machine processing.

Positive developer concentrate 1:9

Positive developer buffered for positive plates. Diluted 1 to 9 parts with water in automatic processors. May be used for manual or machine processing.

Positive developer in powder 092

Positive developer buffered for positive plates. Dilute 1 dose in 10 liters of water. It has some properties as the 092 self cleaning developer. May be used for manual and machine processing.

Positive developer in powder

Positive developer buffered for positive plates. Dilute 1 dose in 5 liters of water. It is cheaper for manual developing. May be used only for manual developing.

Negative developer CN 93

Negative aqueous developer for negative plates. It may be used for manual or machine processing.

Positive corrector

With the RIEF Universal Deleting paste, unwanted parts such as film edges, register marks, etc. may be easily removed from the surface of any good quality positive plate available on the market. This paste is environment friendly and odorless. A correction near the printing image is possible because spreading or bleeding out is eliminated. It is fast working. It leaves no traces or markings on the surface and will not damage the plate.

RIEF Correcting pens are used to remove effortlessly unwanted image parts, film edges, register marks as well as carrying out correction near the image parts as there is no spreading. After correction is completed wipe the treated areas with a wet sponge. Printing can be resumed without problems of light fog or inking in the erased areas. Available with ultra fine and large points.
