Application and description

OPAL is a conventional blanket made specially for packaging and metal printing.

It has an extremely low stretch carcass and high stability. The superfine surface permits the ink transfer of even the finest structures. Ink and paper dust build-up are reduced to a minimum.

Extremely low elongation.
Very low setting.
Dots are transferred extremely well with low dot gain.

Phoenix Characteristics brown woven threads in cotton fabric (the brown woven threads indicate the direction of the web travel of the blankets around the cylinder).

Elongation ≤ 1.5% at 1000 N/50mm
